Rugged hardware. Specified by Australia's floor operators.

NCL Tech designs and distributes commercial rugged hardware for industrial operators. The brief is narrow: build hardware that survives the actual operating conditions of distribution centres, manufacturing plants, and retail back-of-house — not consumer devices wrapped in marketing language.

The NCL series ships in three platforms — the long-life 10.95″ NTC101 (4G), the modular 10.1″ NTC109 (5G), and the compact 8″ NTC181 (5G). Each is engineered against MIL-STD-810H, IP68, and the workflow failure modes that take other hardware out of service. The 5G platforms add ATEX / IECEx explosion-proof options for petrochemical, mining, and emergency-rescue deployments.

Every quote is reviewed by engineering. Every deployment is specified for the environment it operates in — not the marketing copy it ships with.

— Operating principles

Three rules. We don't break them.

— 01

Engineered, not assembled

Every spec is specified against MIL-STD-810H and IEC 60529 before a unit ships — not after a customer complaint.

— 02

Cross-vertical by design

Every product is built to operate across logistics, manufacturing, and retail back-of-house workflows. We don't fragment the lineup by industry.

— 03

Designed in Melbourne

Commercial-rugged design philosophy: serviceable, sealed, and specified for the operating range customers actually deploy in.
